Big Texas Taste

Texas breakfast skillet food photography featuring Carls Smoked Sausage.

Old School Texas BBQ, is one of our favorites. Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and so much more. The prep and stying go far beyond a simple pulled pork sandwich.

Eddy Packing and Birdsong Creative partnered with us to create 56 unique recipes for a huge marketing and branding campaign. Our Chief Janitor and all-around creative Kris D’Amico led the production with ease and kept us on track and under budget. Nick Bumgardner stood ready at the cameras and directed the team of photographers and food stylists. Cheers to a hell of a production.

How We Did It

4 Sets, 3 Stylists, and a whole lot of everything. We had more props and backgrounds than you can shake a stick at. With multiple sets and stylists, we ran an aggressive schedule to get the job done in a week. We ran hard and fast but with a deliberate pace and a fine eye for detail.

The Result

600! Yeah, you read that right 600 final deliverable images. So artfully created that you might get an art degree just by looking through the final catalog of images. Wish we had smell-o-vision, but you will just have to drool looking at the screen.
